The “Don Carlos” Restaurant
Our Chef Giuseppe Brescia and his team in the Don Carlos Restaurant will delight
you with typical Italian and Tuscan specialities. Some of them have been chosen
for their low-cal content and others for vegetarians and coeliacs.
And of course there is a mouth-watering dessert trolley which has been prepared
by our creative pastry chef. There is also a kid’s menu with colourful and amusing
dishes to satisfy our smaller guests.
